Formula One’s Maranello-based outfit Ferrari has today announced the arrival of a new Team Partner with the signing of a multi-year agreement with the American software company, Genesys.
Founded in 1990, the California-based company sells customer experience and call center technology to mid-sized and large businesses. Genesys has offices in fifty countries around the world and has currently over 5000 employees.
Just days after confirming that the Swiss crypto and blockchain technology company Velas left the Maranello-based team, Ferrari installs the American firm as a second-tier team partner, joining the likes of Ray-Ban, AWS, Richard Mille, CEVA Logistics, Mission Winnow, Bitdefender, Estrella Galicia, HCL, Palantir and OMR.
The company logo will feature on the cars driven by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz and Genesys will also partner with Ferrari in its 499P Hypercar endurance racing program, including the Le Mans 24 Hours.
Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna commented: “We are delighted that Genesys is joining Scuderia Ferrari as a Team Partner and will also be featured in our LMH program.
“As another business focussed on technological leadership they, like us, have a tireless approach to continuously improve and progress. I know that the synergies between our two businesses will deliver huge value on both sides.”
